"The Rhode Island State Council on the Arts" awards an annual fellowship
of $5,000 and a merit award of $1,000, for excellence in the field of
Film & Video. The deadline for submissions is April 1st, 2008.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, must have been Rhode Island
residents for at least consecutive 12 months prior to applying, and may
not be enrolled in a degree program in an arts discipline. Submit a
cued 15 minute segment of one-two pieces of original work on DVD or VHS,
along with a separate copy of the complete work/s. Work must have been
completed in the three years prior to application deadline. There is no
