The proposal for this "webisode" series hopes to compile episodes (15-20 minutes in length) into a series that might attract funding from cable channels, Netflix and the like. The show revolves around a mad inventor's quest for a planetary talisman, known as the "Indie Tube," which is a magical transformer of sorts that (once initiated) would transform/replace all banal, mainstream televised programing on the planet with avant guard, artful/inspirational programing...but not without a fight from the dark programer that is in possession of the sacred Indie Tube! This is "Dr. Who meets Cain from "Kung-fu." (Zee adds, plus meets Star Wars meets Star Trek, meets Starman, meets Men in Black)
