It does have a small scratch on the screen, but nothing that affects viewing the screen in the least. Comes with mount for Canon XL/XH bodies, belt clip, manual, newest firmware update, firewire cable 4-6 pin, charger/power cord, full charged battery so you can use it as soon as it arrives, original packaging, records HD in 2 formats : M2T and MOV (for Final Cut Pro).
