I would like to announce that tickets for my debut 3 Short films' Premiere Event are now on sale! It will take place April 23rd at 7:00 pm at the Stadium Theatre in Woonsocket, RI. The premiere event will include :
- Screening of my debut 3 short films :
Sons of Lemuria (Lord of the Ringsish-period Drama/Action)
Five Minutes Flat (Martial Arts action), and
American Chop Suey (Chinese themed comedy)
- Live Wu Shu Kung Fu demo by the Way of the Dragon demo team
- Live Stunt performance by the Stunt Players of America
- FREE raffle with ticket purchase, just be in your seat to win. Prizes include DVDs, posters, etc. If you would like to donate anything to the raffle please send me an email.
- Q&A with the Director and Producers
- Speech by the Director and Producers
- Rhode Island Food Bank Collection at the door. For every food item you bring you get an 8.5"x11" character print you can get autographed.
- Meet & Greet with all cast and crew in attendence. They will all have name tags so if you like something you saw you can find them after and hire them :) Great networking opportunity!
- Some actors will be in character and costume, so feel free to take your pictures with them!
The Premiere Event is designed to break the mold of Indie Film premieres. The audience will truly feel they are as important as they really are to a film's/filmmaker's success. It will be a full evening of entertainment with doors opening at 6:15pm, and closing at 11:00pm (or maybe a few minutes after if we are well behaved). It will feel like a mini Hollywood premiere, even doing more than they do! It will take place at the Stadium Theatre in Woonsocket, RI.
Tickets are $20 for the Orchestra sections, and $15 for the 'Balcony' Sections. You can purchase tickets in a few ways :
- I will have tickets on hand at the next RIFC meeting, so please see me if you want the best seats in the house ;)
- You can also call the theater directly at (401) 762-4545 and you can select your exact seats from the
seating chart. Ask them for the 'NAQProductions Triple Short Premiere Event' - Purchase tickets through the
Stadium Theatre website ($3 convenience fee applies)
I just received an award for "Best Upcoming Producer" for the films and premiere event, and 2 of the films were just accepted into the SENE Film Festival, so the project is starting to get noticed. Please check out the website to watch trailers, get all the info, look through set pics, etc.
NAQ Productions Triple Short ProjectI am also looking for any connections to radio stations, news stations, local papers etc that may do a story or interview to get more exposure :) Also looking for help from someone with a color bulk printer, please email me if you or anyone you know could help out.
