The Quarterly Courses for adults run weekly for six-eight weeks on weekday evenings. From Program Director Amy Budd:
"We offer beginner through advanced acting classes along with courses that focus on special performance skills used here at Perishable such as puppetry, self-generated solo-performance, improvisation, playwriting, burlesque, and other genres. Recent offerings include: Intro to Acting, Acting On Camera, Performance Art, Teen Acting, Playwriting, and Burlesque. We anticipate offering playwriting classes at varied levels, contemporary scene study, and puppetry classes soon. Each course ends with a presentation for students’ friends and family.
