PS- IIFF's partners at FilmAngels, the world's first angel investor group for independent film, are holding their next Silicon Valley Gala Meeting & Dinner on Sept. 11 with legendary filmmaker David Lynch as a special guest. The investors-only Gala will feature some of the most promising film ventures from FilmAngels' monthly Deal Screening Meetings. Meanwhile, FilmAngels continues to look for worthwhile film projects: two Deal Screenings are scheduled for August 30 --one in Palo Alto, one in San Francisco-- and more are coming up in subsequent months.
