Cranston, RI – Call for Entries! The Artists' Exchange seeks submissions of one act plays for its upcoming festival designed to showcase the work of local playwrights. Now in its third year, The Artists' Exchange One Act Play Festival aims to offer variety in genre, subject matter and style, while handing the stage over to a unique theatrical form, stories told in just one act.
This year's deadline is March 1st, 2009. All genres will be considered. Plays can be mailed to 50 Rolfe Square, Cranston, RI 02910 or emailed to Rich Morra, Black Box Theatre Director, at rich_morra@yahoo.com.
Selections will be announced by March 15th, 2009. Auditions will be open to the public and will be announced subsequently.
The Artists' Exchange One Act Play Festival will take place in the Black Box Theatre at The Artists' Exchange on June 4th-6th and 11th-13th.
