Hey Writers,
The RIFC Writer's group is currently looking for new participants.
This small group meets once a month to discuss work, usually on a Wednesday eveningin Providence. Whoever has something they'd like feedback on submits it, it's distributed to all the participants a few weeks in advance, and when we get together we discuss it (for the first 20 minutes, the author keeps quiet and observes the discussion - after that, people usually have some questions, suggestions, etc. It's all fellow writers, so they know how much goes into this - the criticism is typically constructive and compassionate.The group works with shorts and features, drafts and treatments.
