Perishable Theatre Arts School Summer Session

Invest in yourself. Perishable Theatre offers classes for absolute beginners through advanced writers and performers. Summer classes include:
Intro to Acting
Auditioning Techniques
Playwriting (short and longer form)
Vocal Technique

Classes begin July 14. For more information about the Perishable Theatre Arts School, our instructors, and our curriculum, go to our website www.perishable.org, or contact Amy Lynn Budd, Director of the Theatre Arts School at classes [at] perishable [dot] org or phone her at 401-331-2695 ext. 102.

Next up at Perishable: local playwrights produce local shorts! You shop local. Buy local. Why not also support your local theater artists?

This was the inspiration for the Providence Playwrights Ten-Minute Play Festival—ten-minute plays written by local authors that will be performed at Perishable Theatre in Providence from July 10 - July 13. Everything written, acted, and directed by homegrown talent. We promise—no imports!

Featuring plays by James Celenza, Alison DeLisi, David Eliet, Lawrence Goodman, David Higgins, Elizabeth Anne Keiser, Ryan Morey, and Amanda Weir.

Program One Thursday July 10/Friday July 11 at 8pm.
Program Two Saturday July 12 at 8pm/Sunday July 13 at 2pm.

Tickets are $10 general admission. Two tickets for $15 if you see both programs and can be reserved at Providenceplaywrights@gmail.com.

(This is not an RIFC Production)
