Evening with Filmmaker Les Blank

This comes to us from Jennifer Kaplan of Filmmaker's Collaborative (not to be confused with the Rhode Island Film Collaborative):

Presented by Woods Hole Film Festival and Filmmakers Collaborative. 40 year filmmaker Les Blank will be coming to MIT on Wed, August 8, 2007 from 7-9 pm. The event will take place at Bartos Theatre at MIT, 20 Ames St. Cambridge. Cost is $10 before August 6; $20 at the door (cash). Clips of the following films will be shown: “The Blues According to Lightnin’ Hopkins”, “Werner Herzog eats his shoe”, “A Portrait of Ricky Leacock”.
