The RI State Council on the Arts (RISCA) awards individual artist grants to RI projects, including filmmaking projects. Christina DiChiera, whom some of you may remember from her presentation last year, has generously offered to speak to our group about the process and how best to go about applying for one of these grants. Christina is the coordinator of this program for RISCA. For more information, you can visit their site:
